The safety of our guests is our priority. Therefore, The White Queen B&B is prepared with all possible safety measures to open their doors to ensure a wonderful stay in magical Bruges.

What does The White Queen B&B do to provide you a safe stay?

 

  • Extra attention to hygiene by means of extra insertion of cleaning moments where frequently touched surfaces are cleaned several times a day with disinfectant.

 

  • All linen and towels are sent to a professional laundry company for proper and deep cleaning.

 

  • We provide disinfectant and paper tissues to all our customers.

 

  • To have a safe visit around Bruges, you can purchase masks and disinfectant gel at the B&B. 

 

  • Breakfast is served in shift of 45 min so you can enjoy a private and personalized meal avoiding contact with other clients.

 

  • The check in and check out moments will be spread to avoid contact between clients.

 

  • You will be able to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or have a fresh drink from the honesty bar in your room. We will ensure that they are available during the day following the hygiene regulations.  

 

  • The host will wear a mask at all times to guarantee the safety of the guests.

It is our pleasure to inform you from the 8th of June local tourism will be possible again. As of 15 June, visitors from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein are also welcome again.

The city of Bruges is closely following the directives of the National Security Council so as to ensure a safe and comfortable visit during your stay.

 

What can you do during your visit to Bruges?

 

  • Museums, places of interest and attractions: Some places are so breathtaking and unique that you simply have to see them. The pass and the culture of Bruges is truly magnificent. From Flemish primitive museums to modern art, to the romantic water canals to the secret gardens and the beer museum. It is finally all here for you to discover!To ensure a safe visit, specific regulations may apply, and the number of visitors is limited. Booking in advance guarantees your visit. We can always help you with the reservations.

 

  • Restaurants and Cafes: Bruges is more than fries, beer and chocolate. For many years now, Bruges has been transformed into a landmark for global fine dinning with the many Michelin star restaurants as well as with the cozy and equally fantastic bars and local bistros. In order to guarantee physical distance, outdoor terraces will be extended wherever possible and the number of people in indoor areas will be limited. Prior reservation (restaurants) and registration (cafés) is required. We can always help you with the reservations.

 

  • Shopping: Stores are opening their doors for you to have a maximal shopping experience. You cannot leave Bruges without some handmade chocolates, Belgium beer or a beautiful lace. Please note that masks are recommended. You can purchase a mask at the B&B.

 

  • Public transport runs at normal frequency and with normal capacity. On trains and busses it is compulsory to wear a face mask.
